Absolutely Ridiculous

I love saying that when I watch shows like “Super Nanny” or “RHOA”.  How can people act so irresponsibly when it comes to raising their children, maintaining relationships, or making life decisions.  I find myself saying: “Absolutely Ridiculous”.   In fact, my children refused to watch Super Nanny with me because I would say someone needed to get beat!!  To be honest, it was the adult who needed coaching on how to interact with their children.  Same with the other Real Housewives shows, they needed coaching on how to improve their behavior.  

Unfortunately, many are unaware of the coaching resources out there.  Recently, many have decided to delve into the profession.  There are coaches for wellness, weight loss, exercise, parenting, marriage, sexual relationships, spiritual journeys, travel, and Finance.  Coaches are the objective voices you need for creative thinking as well as accountability.  They help you focus on what’s next.  

I have made many questionable decisions in my life – big and small.  I now wish I had the objective voice to help me during the decision-making time as well as the picking up the pieces.  Friends are not always the best to work with you objectively since they have their own agenda.  Parents just love you and want you to thrive.  They may not be unbiased when it comes to your choices.  

Consider hiring a coach to help you navigate through those life decisions.  Don’t look back with saying, That was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!  Why did I do that?
