I hope you were motivated by my last blog reference being consistent.  Growth comes with discipline.  No Excuses!!

So much for that.  I have so many excuses!!  I had to go back to Day one of my lifestyle plan.  It is no longer my “75 Hard”.  I am calling it “The Things I Must Do Daily”.

You may find establishing your own routine will help you achieve your goals.  So many people have a New Year resolution every year.  They will declare the resolution publicly.  Studies have found 88% fail at achieving their resolution within 2 weeks.   Why?  No plan.   Failure is because we fail to plan.

A great place to start is to take an objective view of your life.  What is going well and what is not?  Are you tolerating situations?  This can be the hardest part, addressing all the things of which you do have control. Consider doing the following:

  • Journal – this will help with getting to the things of which you are grateful and those issues in need of improvement for your life.

  • Work with a life coach to help you prioritize your needs and help develop a plan for success and identify obstacles.

  • Implement the plan with a timeline.

  • Monitor the plan and adjust along the way.

Many people want to save money for vacations, a house, college, and retirement. With a budget, the process will most like be successful.

Do you need help with establish a plan?  In your financial life, do you have a budget?   If not, I can help.
